Sierra My Dadda - Pale Ale
A California Pale to pay homage to the one with the bright green label that lit the light of the craft beer scene.
A nice rich malt back bone with deep golden colour and plenty of Cascade hops for all the citrus, pine and zest to balance out the malt sweetness.
At one point 30 years ago, this beer was considered hoppy. By today's standards, its a great entry level American Pale Ale that set the standard for being sessionable, exciting and putting a ray of California sunshine in your glass anytime of year.

Dry Yeast Option Fermentis US05 or Lallemand BRY97
Liquid Yeast Option White Labs California Ale Yeast WLP001 or San Diego Super Yeast WLP090
This is a great beer to add dryhops into after fermentation for extra hop character in the aroma. Consider ordering an extra 100g Pack of Cascade Pellet Hops or 50g pack of Cryo Cascade and adding to the fermenter after fermentation subsides. Keep in contact with the beer for between 24 and 72 hours before cold crashing.
